The Client agrees that these data from Fröhlich und Walter components GmbH are electronically processed and stored in the context of the contractual relationship. For companies, a data exchange with other credit service companies is made for the purposes of credit checking and credit monitoring by Fröhlich und Walter components GmbH. The transfer of Client data to a company by Fröhlich und Walter components GmbH for the purpose of the contract, delivery and settlement is expressly not considered to be unauthorised.
