The DEXLAN HDMI / USB over IP extension kit allows you to move your HDMI and USB console up to 100m from your computer connecting the 2 transmitter / receiver boxes by a simple cord RJ45, Category 5
or 6 (6a recommended).
The DEXLAN HDMI / USB offset kit uses an Ethernet signal Gigabit and allows to overcome the limitation to 100 meters from standard network, connecting it to a gigabit network switch supporting
IGMP management (level 2 recommended). The distance between the 2 boxes is then limited only by your
LAN infrastructure.
In addition, it is also possible to use media converters Gigabit Ethernet allowing to convey the signal with optical fibers to exceed distances from meters to kilometers.
