Defect-free items, returns accepted out of goodwill	Catalogue items	Goods cannot be returned, unless with prior agreement on our part.NOTE:for returns accepted out of goodwill there is a processing fee of a minimum of 10% or €15.	Please click here contact one of our sales staff. NOTE: please note down the RMA number as your return can only be processed with this.
Defect-free items, returns accepted out of goodwill	Special orders, special items, assemblies, etc.	This item has been specially ordered / produced for you and cannot be returned.

What to do in the event of damage during transportation:
Haulage	Obvious transportation damage	Note the damage on the receipt notice with the signature of the carrier. Please report this damage to us immediately, tel: 0681/92678-288. Please do not return the goods yet.
Haulage	Concealed transportation damage	If the damage is only discovered later, claim settlement is no longer possible.
UPS DHL DPD GLS	Obvious transportation damage	Refuse to accept the goods. Please report the damage to us immediately, tel: 0681/92678-288. Please do not return the goods yet.
